BULGARIAN UNION FOR CUSTOMS AND FOREIGN TRADE SERVICES (BUCFTS) is a non-profit organization established in 1995. The Union Is a voluntary. independent. non-political, democratic, professional organization, that unites all antities, which in good faith and in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation offer comprehensive assistance for customs services, foreign trade and exchange of information, which meet the requirements to operate regardless of their nationality, political orientation, religion, race, sex. and capital origin.
The Union has proven the opportunity really to Improve and Integrate the efforts of customs agents in Republic of Bulgaria. The efficiency and professionalism of our members led up to the closure of circle: “client-documentation – administration – customs agency -public warehouses – national information system”. BUCFTS represents the general position of all companies and establish direct link to the state administration, government institutions and organizations.

IMPA was formed in 1978. Over the past 39 years the association has grown significantly and now represents over 850 members from across the world; ship owners, operators and managers’ account for Purchaser members and manufacturers and ship suppliers make up Supplier members.
The council of IMPA are not paid for their role within the council and the association is run primarily as a ‘not for profit’ organisation seeking to benefit members and their organisations through the creation of industry initiatives and products and services.

Bulgarian national association of shipbuilding and shiprepair (BULNAS) was established at 28.04.2009 as a voluntary non-profit association with objectives to support and represent the interests of shipbuilding and ship repair industry before the state, local and international authorities and administrations as a member of CESA (Community of European Shipyards’ Associations) – since 01.06.2012 SEA Europe asbl (Ship and Maritime Equipment Association).
BULNAS has 46 members, including all shipbuilding and ship repair yards and also other enterprises in the area of marine and offshore business in Bulgaria. BULNAS members employ 4 300 permanent staff and also about 5 000 sub-contractors.
